Based 'twixt moors and coast' just ouside Whitby in beautiful North Yorkshire, Wizard Admin is my Virtual Assistant business established after almost 30 years experience in administration and senior PA and office management roles in a variety of industries in this country and overseas, most recently working in the Healthcare sector.
Following my serviceman husband on his many postings meant finding new jobs for me after every move. This allowed me to develop the skill of adapting to the new and very diverse environments that I found myself working in.
My experience ranges through the print trade, a food importer in Gibraltar, a Consul in Gibraltar, a telesystems company, a large Plc, a GP Out of Hours Co-operative, the HM Bark Endeavour Foundation (Australian sailing ship), a GP Practice, and as PA to a high profile private individual. As a VA I have worked extensively for NHS project managers, as Shore Manager for a Youth work organisation using the challenge of the sea to help young people develop life skills, my local Parish Council, a Women's charity and more recently I have provided book keeping and general admin services to several businesses.
